Jessica Simpson’s Red Wine Diet

Want to know the secret to Jessica Simpson’s newly buff-again bod?  When asked by Life & Style magazine about her recent slim-down, Ms. Simpson reportedly did not credit a well-known celebrity diet like the Zone or South Beach, but instead credits red wine!  Think that means you can drink all the vino you want, and achieve a superstar figure?  Not so fast.  Jessica followed the eating plan outlined in the new book, The Red Wine Diet, by Roger Corder, which recommends a small amount of red wine daily…in moderation of course.
