Ferrrari Wines started in 1902 by a man named Gulio Ferrari. Gulio was a master at making wine and won multiple awards for his wine. He pass the business over to Massimo Lunelli and his family which kept his same traditions and still only uses grapes from Trentodoc. The company has exploded into a business that ships wine across the globe and spreads a piece of Italy in every bottle with joy and the art of Italy.
Key Takeaways:
- Today, the family-owned Ferrari is led with enthusiasm by a third generation of cousins who have decided that it’s time to bring “the toast of Italy” to the world stage.
- The group itself was a mini United Nations with representatives from China, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Brasil, Hong Kong, Thailand, Italy, Germany, the UK, Sweden, India, Canada and the U.S.
- We toured vineyards via helicopter. We smoked Italian cigars. And we drank a great deal of Ferrari wines.
