Tyler Florence's White Sangria Pitchers

Big party plans this weekend?  How about whipping up a huge batch of this delicious and fruity white sangria?  We can't think of a better way to say farewell to summer!

Tyler Florence's White Sangria
makes 20 servings

4 bottles dry white Spanish wine
1 cup Spanish sherry
1 cup orange flavored liquer (Cointreau would be our choice!)
1/2 cup sugar
1 bunch seedless green grapes
3 lemons, sliced with rind
3 peaches, pitted & sliced with skin
1 honeydew melon, sliced
1 liter sparkling water

Combine all ingredients except water in large pitchers, or a punch bowl.  Allow flavors to blend for several hours. Add sparkling water, and serve over plenty of ice.
